Goal: Based on the life work of John Bradshaw. Recognizing and resolving the sources for shame, overcoming shame in relationship to self our most significant relationship.
Objective:
- This 13 hour course is about recognizing many faces of shame, the sources and hiding places of shame.
- The student will learn different techniques to helping clients overcome and deal with shame
- Example are: healing memories, changing their self-image and disputing their inner voice.
